Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Because each order is prepared and packed by hand, processing times may vary slightly during periods of high demand.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Nuro Diverge is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged once they are in the care of the shipping carrier.
